Lead trial counsel for a national client in various cases brought in Federal District Courts throughout the United States arising from a contract to test, assess, and help recruit for airports approximately 40,000 TSA screeners following the attacks on America that occurred on September 11, 2001.
Lead defense counsel for a national vegetation control client in a gender discrimination case brought first before the Oregon Bureau of Labor & Industries and the EEOC, and then was lead trial counsel when this claim was subsequently brought in an Oregon Federal District Court. Obtained a dismissal with prejudice of the plaintiff's claim after establishing with expert testimony that the plaintiff had falsified electronic evidence she had presented to the agencies and the court.
Lead trial counsel for a major national fuel cell manufacturer in unfair competition and misappropriation of trade secrets case brought in federal court in Oregon against another major manufacturer. Represented the client in the court proceeding and helped negotiate a favorable settlement.
Lead trial counsel for a major national medical and surgical supply company in an unfair competition and misappropriation of trade secrets case brought in Idaho state court against another supply company.
